Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Technician in Lewisville, TX to help maintain our entertainment center’s games, bowling equipment, and related systems. You will perform electrical and mechanical work, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, reliable operation while supporting guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years of age.
  • Guest-focused mindset and teamwork.
  • Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems.
  • General knowledge of repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment and arcade games.
  • Skilled in practical electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics.
  • Basic working knowledge of hand tools and tool safety.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical, mechanical and technical maintenance and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot games, tellers, pinsetters, and related equipment.
  • Disassemble, replace and repair mechanical and electrical components.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of parts and supplies.
  • Keep the mechanic shop and facility organized and clean.
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards at all times.

As a Technician, you are knowledgeable about the mechanics and operations of our games and entertainment options and ensure they are performing properly and safely. You are responsible for supporting the maintenance of the center's equipment, building, and systems, to name a few.
