Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; WRT and/or ASD certification a plus.
• Indiana driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, dependable and punctual.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work in a team and follow lead technicians' directions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Physical ability for manual labor, lifting equipment, and varied environments.

Responsabilidades

• Assist lead technicians in assessing and mitigating water damage in residential and commercial properties.
• Set up and operate equipment for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly store tools.

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Water Mitigation Technician to support our lead technicians in various restoration projects. Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians in the assessment and mitigation of water damage in residential and commercial properties.
• Help set up and operate equipment for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Maintain attention to detail regarding work performed and necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with the lead technician and team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Be coachable—demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.

Qualifications
