Job summary

Family Entertainment Group in Honolulu, HI seeks a dedicated arcade technician to keep games in top condition and ensure guests have a seamless experience. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and assist guests with game problems.

This role requires at least a high school diploma with some technical training and about a year of technical experience; you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime and maintain like-new condition.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
• Source and manage game parts to minimize expenses and maintain accurate tracking in the web-based system.
• Communicate all arcade operational issues promptly to management.
• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning properly.
• Follow all security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets.
• Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and general arcade upkeep.
• Support other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
