Google Cloud AI is seeking a Technical Writing Manager to lead a team of technical writers and shape documentation strategy for Gemini Enterprise and related products. This role focuses on creating clear, accurate content for developers and enterprise users.

Based in the United States (Kirkland, WA or Sunnyvale, CA), you will mentor writers, partner with product and engineering teams, and drive AI content workflows that improve knowledge delivery while scaling impact across the organization.

• Experience developing, evaluating, or refining AI prompts and knowledge engineering workflows to ensure high-quality, reliable, and safe content generation.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Generative AI, LLMs, or other AI tools into technical writing workflows for content creation, editing, and maintenance.
• A people-first leader adept at mentoring technical writers, connecting team strategy to broader organizational goals, and multiplying team output through effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Passion for driving innovation at the intersection of AI and technical communication, with a forward-looking perspective on how AI is transforming the knowledge life-cycle.
