You will prepare, review, and maintain technical documents for software and systems engineering, operations, testing, and user documentation, collaborating with developers to produce high-quality materials.

You will write and edit content for the CMS Target Lifecycle, including requirements, help, training, and user guides, ensuring clarity for a broad audience and supporting program success.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years' experience as a Technical Writer
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Experience with authoring accurate content (SOPs, high level presentations, knowledge base articles, user communications)

Key Tasks:

• s Responsible for the preparation, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.
• s Writes and edits technical documentation for related to the CMS Target Lifecycle to include documentation such as requirements, help, training, and user guides.
• s Work with developers to produce quality documentation and training materials

Required Skills:

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 100,000 to 120,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
