DCCA, a veteran-owned IT services firm in Maryland, seeks a seasoned Business Analyst with Public Trust clearance eligibility. The role focuses on administering agreements, analyzing data for modernization, and transforming roadmaps into actionable user stories to support PI objectives.

Ideal candidates have extensive Agile SAFe experience, strong communication, and experience with CMS Medicare/Medicaid domains. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in one or more technical disciplines such as architecture or development.
• 3-7 years on Agile SAFe teams.
• 2-3 years supporting CMS Medicare/Medicaid programs.
• Analysis of user stories for security and 508 compliance.
• Collaborating in multi-contractor environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Key Tasks

• s Administer and maintain Business Associate Agreements with relevant stakeholders
• s Gather and analyze data for system modernization
• s Influence collaborators to support PI objectives and features
• s Assist with project management for selected projects
• s Coordinate with product teams to improve productivity
• s Test business processes and recommend improvements
• s Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
• s Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
• s Identify automation opportunities
• s Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
• s Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
• s Communicate and validate requirements with relevant collaborators
• s Develop and maintain reporting tools
• s Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling

Required Skills

• s 9+ years in one or more technical disciplines (e.g. architecture, process re-engineering, development, verification)
• s 3 - 7 years of experience working on teams in an Agile SAFe development environment
• s 2 - 3 years supporting CMS Medicare or Medicaid programs
• s Analysis of user stories for impacts to security and 508 compliance
• s Collaborating in a multiple contractor environment
• s Exceptionally strong communication skills, verbal and written. Includes the ability to effectively communicate complex information to audiences with varying technical and system backgrounds and at multiple organizational levels

Desired Skills

• s Supporting client stakeholders with varying levels of agile experience
• s Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Word, and MS Excel

Required Education / Certifications

• s Computer Science degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related major

Salary

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 120,000 to 150,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
