Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled technical writer to develop SOPs and Detailed Job Instructions for OT Asset Discovery, Nozomi deployment, and Zscaler/CyberArk remote access deployments. You will ensure compliance with templates, version control, and publication workflows while collaborating with global OT Cybersecurity stakeholders to guarantee technical accuracy and usability.

Qualifications

• Experience authoring cybersecurity or IT SOPs and DJIs.
• Translate technical content into clear instructions for L1/L2 operators.
• Familiar with controlled templates, version control, and reviews.
• Familiar with OT asset discovery, Nozomi deployment, Zscaler remote access, and CyberArk remote access concepts.
• Familiar with access control, media protection, backup and recovery, and audit remediation documentation.
• Excellent interviewing, editing, information structuring, and stakeholder coordination.
• Nice to have: OT/regulatory experience; document management systems; CMMC, NIST SP 800-82 awareness; and related standards.

• Publish revised OT Policy and Standard and consolidate the SOP library into the document management repository.
• Ensure artifacts follow templates, version-control, authoring, peer review, OT cybersecurity approval, and publication workflows.
• Collaborate with OT Cybersecurity Architects to validate accuracy, usability, and approval status.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Demonstrated experience authoring cybersecurity or IT SOPs, Detailed Job Instructions (DJIs), and standard-work artifacts.
• Ability to translate technical engineering content into clear and executable instructions for L1 and L2 operators and site personnel.
• Experience using controlled document templates, version-control conventions, and structured review and approval workflows.
• Familiarity with OT asset discovery, Nozomi deployment, Zscaler remote access, and CyberArk remote access concepts.
• Familiarity with physical and logical access, media protection, backup and recovery, and audit-findings remediation documentation.
• Excellent interviewing, technical editing, information structuring, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good to have: OT, IC, industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, or regulated-environment experience; document management systems; CMMC, EASA Part-IS, NIS2, IEC 62443, and NIST SP 800-82 awareness; process-flow, checklist, job-aid, and evidence-template creation.
