Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled technical writer to develop SOPs and Detailed Job Instructions for OT Asset Discovery, Nozomi deployment, and Zscaler/CyberArk remote access deployments. You will ensure compliance with templates, version control, and publication workflows while collaborating with global OT Cybersecurity stakeholders to guarantee technical accuracy and usability.

Qualifications

Experience authoring cybersecurity or IT SOPs and DJIs.
Translate technical content into clear instructions for L1/L2 operators.
Familiar with controlled templates, version control, and reviews.
Familiar with OT asset discovery, Nozomi deployment, Zscaler remote access, and CyberArk remote access concepts.
Familiar with access control, media protection, backup and recovery, and audit remediation documentation.
Excellent interviewing, editing, information structuring, and stakeholder coordination.
Nice to have: OT/regulatory experience; document management systems; CMMC, NIST SP 800-82 awareness; and related standards.

Responsibilities

Create SOPs and Detailed Job Instructions for OT Asset Discovery and Inventory Management.
Create SOPs and Detailed Job Instructions for Nozomi deployment.
Create SOPs and Detailed Job Instructions for Zscaler OT Internal Remote Access Deployment.
Create SOPs and Detailed Job Instructions for CyberArk OT External Remote Access Deployment.
Create SOPs and Detailed Job Instructions for Physical and Logical Access, Media Protection, and Backup and Recovery.
Create Audit Findings Remediation SOPs.
Publish revised OT Policy and Standard and consolidate the SOP library into the document management repository.
Ensure artifacts follow templates, version-control, authoring, peer review, OT cybersecurity approval, and publication workflows.
Collaborate with OT Cybersecurity Architects to validate accuracy, usability, and approval status.
