Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced OT/ICS Asset Inventory and Security Specialist to deploy and operate Runzero, Maximo and ServiceNow in multi-site environments. You will validate asset scan coverage, credentialed access, and reporting, drive gap closure with site stakeholders, and implement secure network processes and SNOW workflows across the OTN footprint.

You will maintain the Site Profiling Dashboard, engage with new-site acquisitions, provide firewall policy support

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying Runzero, Maximo, and ServiceNow in OT/ICs environments.
• Experience validating asset scan coverage, credentialed access, reporting completeness, inventory hierarchy, and ongoing synchronization.
• Experience performing OT asset inventory gap analysis and driving identified gaps to closure with site stakeholders.
• Experience establishing Secure Network processes, SNOW workflows, site intake, and change approval processes.
• Working knowledge of Algosec firewall policy management, Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls, and Cisco Catalyst 9000 series switching.
• Working knowledge of OT and ICs environments and standards, including IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.
• Good to have: Familiarity with Nozomi, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, CyberArk PAM/PSM, CMMC, EASA Part-IS, and NIS2.
• Experience supporting global, multi-site industrial or manufacturing environments with strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Runzero is deployed for all in-scope OTN sites, including validation of scan coverage, credentialed access, and reporting completeness.
• Ensure Maximo is set up with the existing OT asset inventory for all in-scope sites; reconcile records, validate hierarchy, and enable ongoing synchronization.
• Drive OT Asset Inventory Governance through periodic gap analysis using Runzero data and formally highlight gaps to Digital Technology Site Leaders for closure.
• Establish and operationalize Secure Network processes, Aero SNOW setup, the OTN-2.0 kick-off process, and change approval workflows.
• Maintain the Site Profiling Dashboard, resynchronize it with SNOW data, and retain it as the single view of OTN site posture.
• Establish a SNOW engagement process for new-site creation, acquisition, or divestiture events affecting the OTN footprint.
• Provide firewall policy configuration and compliance support by contributing to and executing the Algosec strategy.
• Provide operational support, knowledge transfer, and handover to support teams for delivered capabilities.
