Position Overview:

Conexess Group is assisting a large healthcare client in their search for a Technical Writer in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:

• Research, author, publish, and maintain processes, procedures, and user resources using various authoring tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with departments, business owners, and SMEs to document procedures and translate business needs into user instructions and training content.
• Write, edit, and format documentation for various audiences, including procedures, job aids, learner resources, and forms.
• Work with SMEs, business leaders, and product owners to develop end-user content supporting pharmacy operations.
• Identify training needs related to processes, procedures, and systems in collaboration with departments and business owners.
• Participate in a dynamic environment focused on quality, continuous improvement, and rapid delivery.
• Maintain documentation and audit records, including creation, revisions, reviews, and archiving.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with MadCap Flare, Knowledge-Centered Service, and/or Information Mapping required.
• At least 2 years of technical writing experience.
• Experience with knowledge management and KMS authoring tools.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and teamwork skills; ability to consult with subject matter experts.
• Knowledge of writing and editing best practices and style guides.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Capacity to learn and apply new technology quickly.
• Adherence to quality practices, style guides, and brand standards.
