Job summary

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Biotechnology, Engineering, Technical Communications, or related field; or high school degree/GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of technical writing experience in engineering, biotechnology, or software.
  • Experience in a regulated document control environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional applications including Word styles, PowerPoint, Excel macros and pivot tables.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Create and modify technical documents for instruments and automation such as service procedures, user and service manuals, and training materials.
  • Compose SOPs, study protocols, reports, and customer notifications with SMEs to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Lead pre-review of drafts with SMEs and reconcile comments for usability.
  • Develop graphics/illustrations to support written content and improve user understanding.
  • Maintain documentation standards in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Operations.
