Responsibilities

• Collect and organize information for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
• Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.

Qualifications

• Associate of Arts or Science OR two-year technical school degree + minimum of 5 years relevant experience OR High school diploma / GED plus 12 years’ experience.
• Experience with collecting and organizing information for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant graphics support experience, or military experience E4 and up.
