Qualifications

• Experience translating complex technical information into user-focused documentation.
• Ability to work with engineers and SMEs to validate content accuracy and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts into user-focused documentation.
• Develop and maintain user guides and reference materials in FrameMaker, Visio, and Microsoft Office environments.
• Interpret technical drawings and convert them into clear procedural steps.
• Validate content with engineers and SMEs to ensure accuracy.
• Identify documentation gaps and close them through research and interviews.
• Maintain alignment with product updates and enhancements.
• Manage tasks and visibility using Jira and Confluence.
• Utilize Excel for documentation tracking and reporting.
