Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience; or a graduate degree and 2+ years; or 8+ years with no degree.
• Experience developing training and operational documentation for technical products.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly manuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical manuals, work instructions, and process documentation from engineering inputs.
• Document and maintain training materials and operational manuals.
• Interview users, SMEs, and technical staff to gather information for product documentation.
• Produce documentation that is accurate, consistent, and aligned across formats.
• Author and edit documentation using Microsoft Office tools and approved platforms.
• Track milestones and communicate status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
• Explain processes to audiences within and outside the work area.
• Build relationships with SMEs to gain cooperation on procedures.
• Solve documentation problems using research and analysis.
• Follow style guides, participate in peer reviews, and incorporate feedback.
