Job summary

Antero Technology Services is seeking a proactive Technical Writer with TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly preferred) to document enterprise infrastructure services. You will craft installation, configuration, and transition documentation, build standardized style guides, and mentor junior writers within a small-team culture focused on growth and customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized crisp and concise writing style guides for consistent communication and value delivery.
• Write and edit technical documentation for infrastructure services’ hardware and software, including installation, configuration, how-to, and transition documentation for complex systems.
• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents catalog.
• Provide advice for developing a Continuous Improvement process that captures ideas and develops complex concepts.
• Produce implementation guides and end-user guides for capabilities.
• Provide data definition, data flow documentation, and formatting of technical publications.
• Support for senior leadership briefings.
• Mentor junior writers.
