Job summary

JMark Services Inc. seeks Technical Writers across multiple discipline levels to support Legislative/Legal Research Leads, Legislative Liaisons, and Law Clerk/Attorneys.

You will draft, edit, and format documents for senior and Congressional audiences, translating complex intelligence and legal content into clear language tailored to policymakers. Maintain awareness of ODNI priorities and IC mission objectives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards; collaborate with legal and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Political Science, or related field.
• 0–15+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, or policy/legislative communications (multi-discipline levels available).
• Demonstrated ability to write and edit for senior or Congressional audiences.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and briefing materials for senior and Congressional audiences.
• Translate complex intelligence and legal content into clear, concise language tailored to policymakers.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with ODNI and IC standards.
• Collaborate with Legislative/Legal Research Leads, Legislative Liaisons, and Law Clerk/Attorneys to prepare high-quality deliverables.
• Provide editorial support for legal and legislative documents, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Maintain awareness of ODNI priorities and IC mission objectives to accurately reflect intent in written materials.
• Apply strong writing and communication skills to bridge technical detail with strategic messaging.
