Job summary

IntelliGenesis seeks a skilled Technical Writer to support government/IC projects, documenting products and processes, and generating program deliverables. You will work with customers and internal teams to convert functional requirements into detailed specifications and publications.

The role involves producing clear documents, applying AP or agency style guides, and contributing to knowledge management systems. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Technical Writing experience within the US Federal Government/Intelligence Community.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
  • Ability to understand AI/ML concepts and translate them for non-technical readers.
  • Experience with government style guides (AP/agency guidelines).

Responsibilities

  • Write technical copy for reports, responses, and briefings including White Papers, RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and technical documents for wide audiences.
  • Prepare, review, edit, and maintain SOPs/CONOPS, user guides, manuals, and technical documents.
  • Collaborate with customers, developers, and SMEs to translate requirements into technical specs and publications.
  • Develop templates and standardize documentation across document types.
  • Format and design documents to meet applicable requirements and maintain document libraries.
