Job summary

IntelliGenesis LLC seeks a skilled Technical Writer to support new business pursuits and document existing products and services. You will develop program deliverables and provide documentation for internal processes and accreditations, collaborating with SMEs to translate requirements into precise manuals and briefs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of Technical Writing experience within the US Federal Government/Intelligence Community.
• Fluent writing/editing skills with AP Style or government guides.
• Experience producing technical documents for non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of DoD manuals and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Write technical copy for reports, responses, and briefings including White Papers, RFIs, RFPs, proposals and technical documentation.
• Prepare, review, edit, and maintain SOPs/CONOPS/user guides and other technical documents.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed technical specifications and publications.
• Develop and standardize documentation using templates for all document types.
• Organize and format documents to comply with applicable requirements.
• Maintain document libraries and knowledge management systems for easy storage and retrieval.
• Consolidate information from multiple sources and present it clearly to a wide audience.
• Interpret large quantities of technical information for non-technical readers.
• Create graphical representations of complex processes and collaborate on illustrations.
• Review and assure quality of all deliverables for customer requirements.
• Ensure clarity of documents and apply client delivery processes and standards.
• Collaborate across teams and communicate effectively to complete tasks.
• Participate in special projects as required.
