Responsibilities include maintaining version control, supporting SOPs and data packages, ensuring security classifications and distribution requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3–10 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in technical writing, editing, or documentation support in military, aerospace, or engineering.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, review, and edit technical documents, reports, manuals, and presentations for clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers, test personnel, and SMEs to gather information and translate it into clear documentation.
• Maintain document version control and ensure formatting consistency with templates and style guides.
• Track and manage document workflows, including routing for review, approval, and distribution.
• Support SOPs, test plans, data packages, and technical correspondence.
• Ensure all documentation meets security, classification, and distribution requirements.
• Provide support for briefing materials, meeting minutes, and technical presentations as required.
• Assist with management of digital and physical document repositories for rapid retrieval and audit readiness.
