Job summary

Lockheed Martin RMS is seeking a dedicated training curriculum developer to design and update Navy-aligned training materials and courses. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with quality standards while supporting curriculum databases and project documentation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear technical writing, and future growth within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.

THE WORK

The candidate will have the opportunity to work across several development projects gaining experience in multiple environments. Contribute to the team by developing training curricula and products for the United States Navy.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability and experience in working effectively with teams, including virtual teams.
  • Ability to write using clear and concise language that adheres to customer-established standards and conventions.
  • Must have or be able to obtain Secret Clearance.
  • Must have strong desire to learn.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience and ability to create or update Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA), Front End Analysis (FEA), Training Path System, Training Project Plans, Lesson Plans, Trainee Guides, and presentation materials.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or other related certification.
Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
