Job summary

The role involves creating user and service manuals, installation and maintenance guides, and marketing materials such as product data sheets and Visio diagrams. Knowledge of AS9100D is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills for translating complex technical information into clear, concise manuals and guides.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, Access).
• Strong collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Ability to re-cast technical information into task-oriented procedures and evolving product designs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear, concise, and technically correct documentation per Keysight quality and design standards.
• Create and update technical documents including user manuals, maintenance manuals, assembly instructions, and engineering specifications.
• Develop visuals such as diagrams, charts, and schematics to enhance document clarity.
• Edit proposals to meet DoD and commercial requirements for contracts.
• Write reports and record data on testing techniques and equipment for manuals.
