Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented technical editor to create and review ITD products for grammar, punctuation, and logic, ensuring consistency with prescribed style guides and specialized vocabulary.

You will collaborate with authors to revise content, refine narrative organization, and align graphics with the surrounding text. A BA/BS plus 8 years of experience and TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technical editing or writing (DoD/IC preferred).
• Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and syntax with consistency to style guides.

Job description

• Creates and reviews ITD technical products for proper grammar, punctuation, and syntax, as well as for logic, clarity, and consistency.

• Ensures that style and format conform to agency publication standards and that language presentation is consistent with prescribed style guides and specialized vocabulary of subject matter fields.

• Amends draft tables, tone boxes, and graphics to ensure the content supports and is consistent with the accompanying text.

• Ensures proper classification markings in accordance with provided guidance.

• Works with authors to revise products for narrative organization, and negotiates further revisions as needed.

• Required Education and Experience: BA/BS + 8 years

• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph
