Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $32.00/hr

We are seeking Technical Writers to support a controlled documentation project. This role will focus on transitioning approximately 300 documents into standardized Microsoft Word templates (.dotx) to ensure consistency, compliance, and accuracy across organizational documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Transfer and format controlled documents using MS Word templates (.dotx) with embedded styles.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documentation standards.
Edit and review documents for clarity, formatting, and compliance with organizational guidelines.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to resolve missing or unclear information.
Maintain version control and deliver work within project deadlines.

Qualifications

Required:

Proven experience in technical writing or documentation formatting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including use of templates (.dotx) and embedded styles.
Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and accuracy in documentation.
Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Familiarity with controlled documentation and regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceutical).
