Job Description

• Translate complex technical data and artifacts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives suitable for closing packages and responses to various stakeholders (including independent risk management, audit, and regulatory bodies).
• Develop and deliver comprehensive written communications that effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in all written materials.
• Manage multiple, competing priorities, consistently meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and address potential communication challenges.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant laws, rules, and regulations governing banking operations.
• Serve as a mentor and guide for less senior technical writers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on complex data and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading skills, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Direct regulatory, legal, or audit experience is preferred; deep understanding of banking laws, rules, and regulations.
• Strong experience in fraud and claims environments (highly preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
