Job summary

Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr DOE

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Travel: 50-60% estimated travel.

Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and ad-hoc audits of field activities to ensure adherence to procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements; identify gaps and compliance risks.
• Review and improve service procedures, ensuring they are accurate, practical, and consistently followed across teams and locations.
• Perform on-site audits of field engineers to evaluate execution quality, troubleshooting practices, and alignment with operational standards.
• Lead root cause analysis, drive corrective/preventive actions, and maintain clear audit documentation, metrics, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements, support standardization, and reinforce a strong safety culture while ensuring risk and compliance adherence.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or certification in technical writing, quality control, process improvement, or a related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

Physical Effort/Activities

Continuously, will work in an office environment, sit at a desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer the telephone, and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis, in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
