Leidos in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Technical Writer to support the CMS CCCS modernization effort. The role involves developing and maintaining documentation, training materials, and communications to support Agile sprints and releases.
You will collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Agile teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date content while adhering to CMS editorial standards and accessibility requirements. On-site work at the Windsor Mill office may be required.
The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Technical Writer to work in our Baltimore, Maryland office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) document and communicate the modernization of its legacy Contact Center CRM Services (CCCS) platform.
The Technical Writer shall develop and maintain the written deliverables, documentation, and communications required to support the CCCS modernization effort.
