Leidos Inc. is seeking a Technical Writer in Baltimore, MD to document and communicate CMS CCCS modernization of the legacy platform. You will develop deliverables, create training materials, and manage change communications across agile sprints.
Collaborate with product managers and architects to capture accurate technical content, verify it against CMS guidelines, and ensure accessibility and governance requirements are met for executive briefings and stakeholder communications.
The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Technical Writer to work in our Baltimore, Maryland office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) document and communicate the modernization of its legacy Contact Center CRM Services (CCCS) platform.
The Technical Writer shall develop and maintain the written deliverables, documentation, and communications required to support the CCCS modernization effort.

Pay Range $41,600.00 - $75,200.00
