Job summary

ABC Bus Companies seeks a Technical Trainer to develop training materials, deliver classroom sessions, and manage the Learning Management System across North America. The role requires travel up to 70% to support regional Service Centers and customers with Van Hool products and related ABC lines.

Ideal candidates have a technical background, strong communication and presentation skills, and proven ability to create and track training via LMS.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent industry experience in buses, automotive, or commercial vehicles.
• Experience developing and presenting technical training.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for coach systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop training curriculum for technicians across North America.
• Create LMS training and ensure learners receive credit.
