  • Diagnose complex electronic and electro-mechanical failures using structured troubleshooting methodologies
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify systemic failure modes and drive long-term corrective actions
  • Support resolution of quality concerns, warranty issues, and recurring technical problems

  • Provide real-time troubleshooting assistance and technical decision support to repair teams
  • Reinforce quality standards, repair best practices, and consistent work methods
  • Help improve technician engagement, retention, and career development
Subject Matter Expertise & Escalation Support
  • Serve as a recognized subject matter expert within assigned technologies and product families
  • Provide technical guidance related to repair viability, product evaluation, BER determinations, and warranty-related concerns
  • Partner with Quality and Operations teams to identify and address recurring failure modes and technical risks
  • Maintain current knowledge of product technologies, repair techniques, and emerging industry trends
Training, Standardization & Documentation
  • Develop and improve repair documentation, work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and training materials
  • Support formal and informal training programs across production operations
