Qualifications

• At least 6-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Chemical Industry.
• Minimum of 3-5 years teaching/training experience.
• Knowledge of training standards/requirements for industry including OSHA, DOT, ASME, EPA.
• Ability to assess the overall training program for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Participate and support site safety, health, and environmental programs.
• Direct, plan, implement, and control site training programs.
• Maintain an interface with management on employee training/education.
• Develop and implement methods to measure knowledge retention.
