• Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a site-wide learning strategy aligned with Nutrien's goals and site needs.
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) for accuracy, visibility, and compliance.
• Supervise and develop the training team, ensuring clarity and accountability.
• Coordinate competency assessments and regulatory training alignments.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools to improve retention and delivery of training.
