Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, safety, construction, or business, or 5+ years in technical training.
2+ years leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
5+ years owning a training program including needs analysis and measurements.

Responsibilities

Owns end-to-end technical training for Memphis: needs analysis, content creation, delivery, and effectiveness validation.
Builds and leads a team of technical trainers delivering safety, equipment, and technical training.
Manages LMS, training data, and site training forecast to meet demand.
Ensures training records, audits, and certifications are accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborates with production, engineering, quality, safety, facilities, and SMEs to close capability gaps.
