Job summary

Bravura Inc. seeks an Instructor/Writer to develop, update, and deliver technical training for the RSTS program at PSU in Wahiawa, HI. The role covers IT certifications, Tactical Networks, and Cybersecurity per Army and DoD requirements.

You will create lesson plans, labs, and student guides, and ensure training aligns with the RSTS PWS and Army regulations. Travel up to 40% may be required; active DoD security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience developing and delivering technical training in IT, cybersecurity, or communications.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience where applicable.
• Possess current industry certifications or demonstrated experience instructing on tactical and commercial communications systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update government-owned training materials including lesson plans, presentations, labs, and student guides.
• Review and edit courseware for technical accuracy and clarity.
• Deliver instructor-led training in accordance with site policies and schedules.
• Maintain required industry certifications as directed by the Government Site Manager.
• Conduct end-of-course evaluations and report results to the Site Manager.
