Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies in Eden Prairie, MN seeks a Technical Training Intern to develop online training materials and assist in live technical sessions for field and in-house teams. You will help shape new training standards, create videos, and document LMS procedures and workflows.

The program exposes you to regulated medical device environments and offers buddy and career development programs to grow your professional network both virtually and in-person.

Qualifications

• Currently a sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a related degree.
• Strong interest in the medical device industry.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Preferred: Biomedical engineering or engineering coursework.

Responsibilities

• Develop online training materials for initial and ongoing training.

Position Summary

This Technical Training Intern will report directly to the Sr. Technical Training Specialist. Projects may make use of skills including using state-of-the-art training equipment, to develop online training products for both initial and ongoing training requirements, assist in conducting live technical training, both for field and in-house, assist in the development of new training standards and programs, helping to make training videos and other training materials, assist in developing relevant LMS procedures, work instructions, guidelines and process documentation in support of technical training. Training to be Provided Students will be exposed to working with various operations and product support departments within Bracco Medical Technologies (BMT). They will learn key requirements that need to be followed in a regulated environment such as the medical device industry. Training may cover relevant aspects of medical device development procedures, along with more specific aspects related to BMT products. Additionally, our co-ops benefit from a buddy program, career development programming, and opportunities to build their professional networks virtually and in-person with BMT professionals.

Qualifications

Minimum: Current sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a Business, HR, Instructional Design, Communication Studies or related degree Has a strong interest in the medical device industry Moderate to high level of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Preferred: Biomedical engineering or engineering minor/coursework or other engineering experience preferred but not required

Term/Hours

· May 2027 start, through December 2027 (Sep - Dec can be part-time) · Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation & Total Rewards

Estimated Pay Range: $23.00 – $25.00/hour *Estimated Starting Pay Range is reflective of the range Bracco Medical Technologies reasonably expects to pay for the position. The range provided is based on compensation and market data specific to the position.
