Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a qualified instructor to develop and deliver technical training on operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of our products. This role supports customers, field service teams and employees across a broad range of applications.

You will design programs, create manuals, videos and e-learning, perform equipment maintenance, and travel about 50% as needed. The position is onsite five days a week, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
  • Basic knowledge of turbomachinery, its control systems, and typical applications.
  • Demonstrated public speaking skills, technical instructional, or technical on-the-job mentoring experience.
  • Demonstrated experience investigating and self-learning technical knowledge.
  • Basic Software Proficiency (Office 365) and Internet and Digital Platform Use.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

Summary Pay Range:

$77,264.00 - $115,896.00
