Job summary

Apogee Engineering seeks an Instructional Training Developer to support the squadron PIA for Training and Tradecraft by developing, maintaining, and delivering instructional materials and curriculum for OSINT tradecraft and tools. This on-site role is contingent upon contract award and located at Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH.

The ideal candidate holds a science/engineering degree and extensive experience in instructional development, ISD curriculum creation, and OSINT training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
• 4 years experience with DoW or similar programs.
• Experience in instructional development or intelligence training.
• ISD curriculum development experience.
• Background in OSINT training and tradecraft.

Responsibilities

• Support squadron PIA for Training and Tradecraft in developing and maintaining training programs.
• Design comprehensive instructional materials and standard operating procedures.
• Create practical exercises for OSINT tradecraft and tools.
• Conduct performance evaluation with experience developing practical assessment metrics and capstone exercises to validate analysts' competency and retention of material.
