Job summary

Keenfinity offers an internship in their Product Training and Knowledge department, focused on creating online trainings and technical videos for video systems products. You will work on Articulate-based e-learning, translate and adapt content, and help set up network/hardware in the new showroom and training center.

You will gain hands-on mentoring in a dynamic, international team, with up to one day per week remote work and a monthly internship allowance.

Qualifications

• Student with MBO Basic education and basic IT/IP knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create attractive interactive e-learning trainings using Articulate.
• Convert PowerPoint presentations into engaging online trainings.
• Manage timelines and approvals for training projects.
• Pilot country support with translation of training materials.
• Create technical videos and explain to customers how to configure cameras.
• Assist with installation and configuration of network and showroom infrastructure.
• Assist with installation and configuration of the new training center.

The Product training and knowledge department (MKK) is part of the Marketing organization.Our department define and maintains the complete product training portfolio for Video systems products but is also responsible for all technical product introductions. Our mission is to enable customers, end-users, key influencers and internal associates to deeply understand unique value proposition, competitive advantage as well as technical features of our products and to solve project related problems. We also ensure customer certification requirements. Next to this, we also ensure that our showroom is always equipped with the newest equipment to provide the best experience for our customers Key Responsibility: Creation of technical training content for online trainings in our Academy as also technical How To videos. The installation and configuration of the network and hardware of our new showroom. During your internship you will create attractive interactive e-learning trainings. These trainings will be fully web based. Your tasks will be: Training in our e-learning software Articulate. Transform and optimize PowerPoint presentations into attractive and interactive e-learning trainings. Managing and driving time-schedule; u Managing and driving approvals; You will get a pilot country to support with the translation of the training. Test products and help create technical videos and training to explain to our customer how to configure our cameras Help with the installation and configuration of the network and infrastructure of our new showroom Help with the installation and configuration of the network and infrastructure of our new training center

We are looking for a student: Level of Education: MBO Basic ip knowledge Knowledge of Microsoft Office You have a nationality of an EU member state or if not, you are a student at a Dutch university. You must be available for at least five months. You can work at our office in Eindhoven. You are based in the Netherlands, preferably in Eindhoven. Additional Information
