Job summary

Axis Communications in Irvine/San Jose area seeks a Technical Trainer to educate customers on IP surveillance products and related technologies. You will deliver in-person and remote trainings, create and update course materials, and perform needs analyses to tailor content for different industries.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in technical training, strong public speaking and presentation skills, and will travel up to 75% nationally and internationally, with a focus on West region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training or education.
• IP technical background required.
• CCTV/network surveillance experience preferred.
• Industry certifications such as PSP, A+, or CISCO are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and remote training courses and webinars.
• Develop and update training materials and courses.
• Conduct needs analysis and evaluate customer training.
• Travel nationally and internationally on short notice.
