Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance technician experience (mechanical and electrical).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Computer Skills (MS Office).
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training matrix for the maintenance department.
• Develop and deliver training to Maintenance team members and Operations as needed.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule training and qualification activities.
• Maintain and manage documentation (training records, Maintenance Library, SharePoint).
• Act as a key contact for operations (autonomous maintenance education).
• Manage Key Performance Indicators (Training Hours per Technician; Percent of Technicians Assessed).
• Purchase and control in alignment with budget (Materials, Tools, Displays, Program).
