  • Provide effective On-the-Job Training (OJT) and mentorship to newly promoted technicians, facilitating their transition and skill enhancement.

  • Prepare and develop controlled samples and practical testing materials for hands-on training (e.g., carbon angle layups for tapes, carbon for bond preparation, filler application, adhesive mixing, double cupping techniques) to ensure practical skill validation.

  • Design and develop engaging training videos, and regularly review existing video content to ensure alignment with current specifications, procedures, and best practices.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance and traceability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and concisely with peers, management, and all levels of the organization.

  • A strong work ethic and the ability to contribute to production tasks or shop duties during periods between formal training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a training, mentoring, or lead technician role.
