  • Provide real-time coaching to new hires and existing machining employees.

  • Lead employee qualification, check-out, certification, and recertification activities.

  • Observe employee performance and evaluate demonstrated competency against established standards.

  • Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training and development plans.

This role combines technical expertise, coaching, problem‑solving, and employee development to help create a safe, skilled, flexible, and high‑performing machining workforce.

Required

  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience, including progressive hands‑on experience operating and setting up CNC lathes and/or mills in a production environment.

  • High-Precision Manufacturing Experience: Experience working in a regulated and/or high-precision manufacturing environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and process discipline.

  • Strong practical knowledge of CNC machine operation, setup, tooling, inspection and measurement techniques, and troubleshooting.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work effectively with employees at different skill and experience levels.
