LHH has a client who needs a REMOTE - Training Delivery Specialist 4 on a contract opportunity!

Typical Day in the Role

Purpose of the Team: Client’s Philanthropies Skills for Social Impact Team. The team are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Skilling Advisor to lead and support skilling initiatives across technologies, with a focus on Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure (Foundry, Purview, Fabric, etc.), and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, low-code/no-code). This role is ideal for someone passionate about empowering others through digital skilling and driving adoption of modern workplace tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver skilling strategies, workshops and learning pathways tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Develop and curate training content, workshops, and resources on:
  • Microsoft Copilot and M365 Copilot
  • Azure services including Foundry, Purview, Fabric, and AI/data capabilities
  • Power Platform tools including PowerApps, Power Automate, and low-code/no-code solutions
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., NGOs, nonprofits, or global organizations) to assess learning needs and deliver impactful skilling programs.
  • Track learner engagement, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve offerings.
  • Stay current with product updates and integrate new capabilities into learning plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and evangelist for digital transformation through skilling.

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The allocation of time will vary each week, but on average, you can expect to spend approximately 60% of your time delivering workshops, 25% consulting with customers, 10% developing content, and 5% on administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital skilling, learning & development, or technical enablement.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure (especially Foundry, Purview, Fabric), and Power Platform.
  • Experience designing and delivering training for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, and/or M365.
  • Experience working with nonprofit or public sector organizations.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 2 + years’ experience with Azure (especially Foundry, Purview, Fabric)
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience with Power Platform
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience with digital skilling, learning & development, or technical enablement.

Additional Notes on the Role

While it's ideal for candidates to have expertise in all aspects of the job, we welcome applicants with specialized knowledge and experience in specific areas such as M365 Copilot, Azure, or Power Platforms.

This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel (less than 5% of the time) required for on-site customer meetings.

Hard Skills Assessments

  • Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP.
  • Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 1-2 rounds.
  • Required Candidate Preparation: An initial 30–45-minute interview to evaluate their expertise and experience

Title: Training Delivery Specialist 4

Pay Rate: $70 - $75/hour

Candidate Location Requirements: Remote - Flexible for any time zone but must meet EST hours

Type: 6-month contract (Extension possible based on budget/performance)
