Job Description:

We are hiring two experienced Training Consultants to support the rollout of HealthRules Payor (HRP), focusing on the Stop Loss and Plan Build functions. These consultants will be responsible for documenting business processes, creating user training content, and facilitating live virtual training for small end-user groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with SMEs to understand business processes and HRP configuration
• Document workflows and develop SOPs using Word and process-mapping tools
• Create clear training materials (e.g., PowerPoints, quick guides, Articulate modules)
• Deliver virtual training sessions tailored to various roles (e.g., analysts, configuration teams)
• Provide post-training support and clarification
• Keep documentation well-organized for future reference and audit purposes

Qualifications:

• Experience training on complex healthcare or insurance systems
• Hands-on knowledge of HRP (HealthRules Payor) strongly preferred
• Subject matter expertise in either Stop Loss or Plan Build
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and instructional design tools like Articulate
• Confident presenter with strong communication and collaboration skills
