Job summary

VHR Global Technical Recruitment seeks a Technical Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive aviation maintenance training in a FAA-regulated environment in Miami. You will blend classroom instruction with practical exercises, assess competency, and ensure regulatory compliance across programs.

The role involves developing materials, coordinating schedules, tracking certifications, and partnering with Maintenance, Quality and Operations teams to continuously improve training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience developing and delivering technical training.
• Experience within an FAA-regulated aviation maintenance environment.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, including Part 145 requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and adapt instructional methods.

This role combines classroom instruction, practical hands‑on training, competency assessment, and regulatory compliance support within a fast-paced FAA-regulated environment.

• Experience with commercial aircraft engine maintenance, including CFM56 or similar turbine engines.
