New Mexico Gas Company is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop people and advance operating excellence. You will build knowledge, skills, and qualifications to keep gas operations safe, efficient, and reliable, serving as a trusted technical resource across the organization.

This position pays between $78,640.00 to $98,300.00 and is based on skills, experience and education of the successful candidate.

Field/classroom environment. May be required to work at various job sites, out of town, and/or remote locations. Regularly required to stand and/or walk up to 2/3 of the time and sit up to 1/3 of the time. Manual dexterity required. Ability to climb and balance; stoop, kneel crouch or crawl; and to talk, listen, taste or smell. Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Must occasionally lift and/or more than 50 pounds. May be exposed to wet, humid and/or outdoor weather conditions; may work near moving mechanical parts, fumes and/or airborne particles, toxic and/or caustic chemicals; extreme heat, risk of electrical shock and/or radiation; vibration, and/or very loud noise. Working in hazardous environments that include high-pressure gas, chemicals and automatic equipment is required.
