Technical Test Lead – Test Data Management (Interview on 18th Aug 2017)

Role: Technical Test Lead – Test Data Management

Duration: Full Time

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

• 4 years of experience in Test Data Management.
• 4 years of experience in test planning, test execution analysis & reporting.
• Expertise in estimations, developing system/UAT/regression test strategy, creating data strategy and implementing them.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps methodology along with Waterfall methodology.
• Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, Master Data Management considered a plus.
• Understanding of estimation methodologies, knowledge of quality processes.
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
