A leading consulting firm is seeking a Technical Test Lead for Data Warehouse and Big Data Testing in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of IT experience and be proficient in data warehouse testing, big data testing (Hadoop), and SQL. Responsibilities may include creating test strategies, managing onsite/offshore testing teams, and working within a diverse stakeholder environment. This is a full-time position with significant technical exposure.

Role: Technical Test Lead – Data Warehouse Testing/Big Data Testing

Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

• 4 years of experience in Data warehouse testing.
• Skills in creating Test Strategy, Test scenarios and Test cases with hands on technical knowledge.
• Experience in Big data testing (Hadoop) is required.
• Strong experience in SQL.
• Experience in any data warehouse technologies is preferred.
• Experience in managing testing teams in onsite offshore model.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
