Job summary

CACI is seeking a Technical Team Lead for the Mission Intelligence (MI) team to support data engineering, analytics, and automation initiatives. You will ensure the reliability, availability, and quality of a mission-critical BI platform while contributing as a system engineer, software engineer, and analytic developer for large-scale data analysis.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering/CS field from an accredited institution.
• 20+ years as a Lead Systems Engineer on programs of similar scope (or 16+ years with a degree).
• Proven experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics to combine, normalize, and enrich large data sets.
• Design and implement ETL workflows to convert and normalize data.
• Augment the platform with new tools or technologies.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, assess data, and deliver key metrics.
• Break down tasks into actionable steps with measurable progress.
• Remove obstacles, manage expectations, and support team execution.
• Define scope through clear documentation and tracking systems.
• Enable integration of site reliability engineering practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
• Produce project management materials such as agendas and notes.
