Job summary

Intezra, Inc. is seeking a Technical Team Lead for the Mission Intelligence BI platform in Columbia, MD. The role is on-site full-time with TS/SCI clearance requirements, focusing on reliability, availability, and quality of a enterprise-grade BI system.

You will lead analytics development, ETL workflow design, and integration of new tools, while guiding engineers and data scientists to deliver actionable insights and operational visibility.

Qualifications

• 12+ years with a Bachelor's degree, OR
• 10+ years with a Master's degree, OR
• 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering data-engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Team Lead for the Mission Intelligence data platform.
• Develop analytics to integrate, normalize, and enrich large data sets.
• Design and implement ETL workflows to transform data for analytics.
• Mentor junior engineers and data scientists; coordinate cross-functional work.
