The Technical Talent Sourcer is responsible for identifying qualified candidates for technical positions across multiple geographic markets throughout the United States. This role focuses on researching resumes, identifying candidates whose experience aligns with client requirements, and delivering a consistent pipeline of qualified talent to the recruiting team. The Sourcer performs an initial evaluation of resumes to verify required skills, identify potential discrepancies or overstated experience, and ensure candidates generally meet position requirements before submitting them to recruiters for further qualification. This role does not conduct full recruiter interviews or manage the hiring process. Working closely with recruiters, the Technical Talent Sourcer helps reduce time-to-submit by providing qualified candidate pipelines for newly released client requisitions.

Compensation and Benefits- In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $52,160 - $78,240. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
